During the quoting phase, we received good, detailed information regarding the equipment, installation, training and costs. All questions that we had at the time were answered to our satisfaction. Our experience was very positive from start to finish. The camera system has performed well and the recording software is easy to use as well. In 2019 we upgraded our existing access control system. This new system provided us with critical mobile access to manage all sites remotely. The ability to unlock or lock a door, disable a user access and review activity with a quick swipe on my phone has been invaluable!
